1. The House Rules

• Respect other players, staff, and the gear — toxicity and harassment get you benched.
• Food and drinks from the café only; treat the stations like they're your own.
• Report any hardware issue to staff immediately rather than attempting repairs.
• Minors under 16 need a guardian present or on file. Some events are 18+.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Station reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. Day passes are valid for the calendar day of purchase. Cancellations made at least 2 hours ahead are eligible for a credit.

3. Memberships

Memberships renew monthly until cancelled and may be paused or cancelled anytime before the next billing date. Member perks are non-transferable.

4. Tournaments

Event rules, formats, and prize pools are published per event and may change. Participants agree to abide by the posted ruleset and the decisions of event organizers.

5. Liability

Use of our facilities and equipment is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or game accounts. Please log out of all accounts before leaving your station.

6. Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone violating these rules, with no refund, to keep the space safe and fun for everyone.
