Credits & Licenses
This document records the third-party assets used in this project and their licenses, so the site can be used without license or policy trouble. This is a good-faith summary, not legal advice — if you launch commercially, have counsel review it.

and embed the dress, coat, boots, heels, and trousers photos listed
above (same Unsplash License terms apply).
Trademark / logo cleanup
The original draft used several stock photos that prominently showed third-party brand logos (Levi’s jeans, Salvatore Ferragamo bag, ALDO heels, Vans/Nike sneakers). Selling such items as our own “LUXE” products risks trademark infringement and passing-off. Those images were replaced with logo-free photos. The current product images contain no recognizable brand marks.
Residual risks to review before going live
- People’s likenesses. Some photos show identifiable people
(
dress.jpg,tee.jpg,coat.jpg,trousers.jpg,cat-women.jpg,cat-men.jpg). Unsplash does not guarantee model releases. Using a recognizable person to advertise products commercially can raise right-of-publicity/privacy issues. For a real launch, prefer photos with model releases or product-only / faceless shots. - “LUXE” brand name is placeholder content. Check trademark availability in your jurisdiction before trading under it.
- Demo copy & policies. Marketing claims (“free shipping over $100”, “30-day returns”, “secure checkout”, newsletter “10% off”) are placeholders. Make sure your real policies, prices, and tax/shipping rules are accurate and legally compliant (consumer law, privacy/cookie notices, etc.) before selling.
- Payment form in
checkout.htmlis a non-functional demo and must not collect real card data without a PCI-compliant payment processor.
